CARISSA AND HER YANKEES IN SEATTLE

Welcome to our backyard - one full acre of beasts and botanicals. "There is close at hand a wonderful new world of thought and craft, a sunlit garden gleaming with light and colour of which you have the key." Sir Winston Churchill

I am glad it all worked out for her to go (and come back). Looks like fun.
That must have been really fun to do! Good for her!
Yes, the coming back part that Alysun is referring to was a God thing. Uncle Tom and Aunt Sherri, who live in Olympia, were planning to come down to Oregon that weekend anyway. They actually delayed leaving until the monring after the game. They drove up to Federal Way and picked Rissa up at a park and ride where she had taken a bus to after the game. Big sigh of relief from the mother who had fretted and stewed and lost lots of sleep about the legistics of this trip. Thank you so much Tom and Sherri!!!!
