This year we measured, we cut, and then we measured again!
As you can see, the tree is up, and with no hole in the ceiling either!

As you can see, the tree is up, and with no hole in the ceiling either!We got the tree Thursday and it took Josiah till Saturday to get 3800 lights on 17' of tree. So it wasn't till Sunday after church that we finally got to the actual decorating. Between Josiah and Bernard they took care of the upper branches!
How many people do you know who decorate their tree from an upstairs window? We do have an extension ladder on the other side of the tree. When Josiah moves out and can't help decorate, we'll have to go back to a measly 13 footer!

Nice tree, but I was expecting nothing less. So who was the first to decorate from the upstairs window hmmmm???
And a great idea it was too!!
I agree with Jess....it's no suprise that the tree looks amazing. Do the Browns know how to do anything without beauty and wonderfulness? (ok, I know that's not a word, but it fits, ok!)
